Newcomers

If you are new to Christ Church, welcome!   We are keen to offer you a church home in which you will be not just welcomed, but embraced. 

Here is what you can expect at Christ Church:

·         A beautiful church building in which to worship God

·         A traditional Anglican eucharistic liturgy based on the Book of Alternative Services and the Book of Common Prayer with some use of other liturgical resources

·         Classical hymnody using mostly hymns from Common Praise

·         A warm and caring congregation

·         A community that will love and support you and your family

·         Opportunities to serve God, including in our church and the wider community

Inquirers

If you are exploring faith in God but have not made a commitment to following Jesus, please be assured that you are welcome to bring your wonderings and questions and doubt here.   We will offer you an understanding and caring community that will journey with you as you struggle with your relationship with God.

Now we are permitted to gather in person, our priest will be delighted to meet with you in person to discuss faith issues and, if desired, to offer a longer term program to help you connect with God in a deeper way and consider what it means to be a Christian.
